Enterprise License Agreement

This Enterprise License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the user (the "Licensee") and Commando.io (the "Licensor").

1. Definitions

• Software: The software provided by Licensor under this Agreement.
• Documentation: All related user manuals and documentation for the Software.

2. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and Documentation under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Distribute, sell, or lease the Software without Licensor’s prior consent.

4. Term and Termination

• This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
• Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
