# Enterprise License Agreement

This Enterprise License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the user (the "Licensee") and Commando.io (the "Licensor").

## 1. Definitions
- **Software**: The software provided by Licensor under this Agreement.
- **Documentation**: All related user manuals and documentation for the Software.

## 2. License Grant
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and Documentation under the terms of this Agreement.

## 3. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:  
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.  
- Distribute, sell, or lease the Software without Licensor’s prior consent.

## 4. Term and Termination
- This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.  
- Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time.

## 5. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

## 6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located.

## 7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
